Imran is a CISSP and CCSP certified security professional who founded
Tech Guard to bring enterprise grade engineering to small and mid
market businesses. A Virginia Commonwealth University graduate, he
carries credentials across the full surface of modern technology risk:
CISSP and CCSP from ISC2, AIGP for AI governance, AAISM for AI security
management, plus AWS and Azure. He does not just advise. He implements.
He owns the architecture on every engagement. That means designing
zero trust networks and identity models, setting encryption and data
loss prevention standards, and mapping each build to the framework a
client answers to, whether that is HIPAA, PCI, the FTC Safeguards Rule,
or a cyber insurance checklist. The security model is decided up front,
by him, before a line of code is written.
His enterprise background in data protection and governance is what
lets him translate a regulation into a working system and a business
risk into a number a leader can act on. From a help desk agent
triaging tickets at 3 AM to a full stack modernization, Imran sets the
direction and the standard.
Waleed joined his brother Imran to help drive Tech Guard after eight
years in high value client sales, and since 2023 he’s been living
in the cloud and AI engineering space. He runs operations and builds:
certified across Microsoft Azure and AWS, owns full stack integration
from the infrastructure a system runs through the application layer
people actually use.
His work now covers where a system lives as much as how it is built. He
provisions and hardens cloud environments with a concentration in Azure,
and deploys AI models where the client needs them to run: on hardware
they control, inside their own systems, or in the cloud. For an
organization whose records cannot leave its custody, that is the whole
difference. He scopes the work, holds the schedule, and stays the point
of contact from the first call through handoff.

Adnan is a cybersecurity leader with more than fourteen years
architecting and operationalizing enterprise security strategy. A
George Mason University graduate, he directs Tech Guard's security
and infrastructure practice and sets the standard every build is
measured against.
His depth is in AI governance and modern cloud security: designing
secure by design programs that hold up across complex AI and machine
learning systems and highly regulated environments. He translates
risk into terms leaders can act on, aligning security with business
enablement rather than treating it as a brake.
He has spent his career building and leading high performing teams
that deliver scalable, measurable outcomes, and brings that same
standard here: protection engineered in from the start, documented,
and accountable.

Zak Hanafi
DevOps EngineerVirginia Beach, VA
Zak is a DevOps Engineer and University of Virginia computer science
graduate, AWS Cloud certified, working where application code meets the
infrastructure it runs on.
He automates the path from commit to production, building continuous
integration and delivery pipelines, provisioning cloud resources as
code, and setting up the monitoring that catches problems before
clients ever notice them.
He has a knack for turning manual, error prone steps into reliable
automation, with a particular interest in the tooling that keeps AI
driven systems stable at scale, so what Tech Guard ships lands cleanly
and stays that way.
